Gotta have that plan B!

Decided not to use the canned stuff, and decide to use the buckwheat instead of the egg noodles.
 haven't screwed up yet =D
decided to chop all the veggies up. mix it with soy sauce.
decided to boil all the veggies and mixed in a tea spoon of that chili oil, here where I flopped up.
Taste as bad as it looks. Wheres the dog when I need one? That chili oil is powerfully nasty.
Plan B: Cold buckwheat noodles with shrimp w/soy sauce and some freshly brewed special gunpowder green tea.

I didn't have a plan A, but I got that plan B down atleast. I had no idea what to do with them veggie so i mixed everything, but it was that chili oil(ingredients:soy bean oil, chili) that finished me. I think it's like sesame oil, where more than a drop can ruin any dish.
Plan B wasn't too bad, the noodles taste good cold, but I didn't pick the best shrimps, they were all tiny little ones. The tea was best when piping hot.
Overall I spent about $35 bucks. That quite a bit for cold noodles and tea. Don't think I'm gonna be chopping any more onions anytime soon.

  1. That is the thing about cooking--sometimes you are going to blow a dish. However, I have also gotten sick at a "nice" restaurant. You have to have a good recipe and stick to it! Thanks for trying!
